These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CatchON TV (catchontv) and any subscription purchased through catch-ontv.com. By ordering or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service
CatchON TV provides access to live TV channels, video-on-demand, and related streaming content delivered over the internet as a digital subscription. The number of simultaneous connections and the term length depend on the plan you purchase.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login and subscription details confidential. Sharing credentials beyond the connections included in your plan may result in suspension.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly display the service without written permission.
- Share subscription credentials beyond your purchased number of connections.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service or its servers.
4. Internet & devices
A stable internet connection (around 12 Mbps or higher for HD/4K) and a compatible device or app are required. CatchON TV is not responsible for your internet service, hardware, or third-party applications.
5. Availability
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Channel line-ups, content, and features may change without notice due to provider or licensing changes.
6. Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and charged in advance for the selected term. Subscriptions are activated after successful payment.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse, without refund where permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatchON TV disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
