DMCA Copyright Policy
CatchON TV ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Copyright infringement notifications
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide a written notification to our designated copyright agent containing the following information:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site/service (including exact URLs);
- Your address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
2. Submitting a DMCA claim
Please submit all DMCA notices and copyright infringement claims to the contact email or support channel listed below. Submissions that do not contain all the required information may not be processed.
3. Repeat infringer policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or accounts who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
