Shipping & Delivery Policy
CatchON TV is a 100% digital service — there is nothing physical to ship. This policy explains how your subscription is delivered.

1. Digital delivery
After your payment is confirmed, your CatchON TV subscription details are delivered digitally (e.g. via email and/or WhatsApp). Activation is typically instant.
2. Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within minutes. During occasional high-volume periods it may take a little longer. If you have not received your details, contact support and we will resolve it promptly.
3. No physical shipment
No hardware or physical media is sent. You use your existing compatible device and a supported IPTV app with the credentials we provide.
4. Wrong or missing details
If your delivery details are incorrect or incomplete, contact support with your order information and we will re-send or correct them.
